Everyday Support, Delivered at Home
Support at Home is the Australian Government's in-home aged care program, designed to help older Australians live safely and independently in their own homes for longer. It covers everyday supports such as personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, transport, social support, respite and home maintenance.
Empower Ability brings the same values we apply across all of our services — dignity, respect and genuine care — into the Support at Home space, helping clients maintain independence and quality of life at home.
Support at Home is a separate government program from the NDIS, with its own provider registration requirements. Empower Ability is not itself a registered Support at Home provider — instead, we collaborate with registered Support at Home providers as an associate provider, delivering the hands-on, day-to-day support under the arrangements your registered provider coordinates and manages. This means you get the personalised, respectful care Empower Ability is known for, backed by the compliance and care management of your registered Support at Home provider.
